There is Another King

Acts 17:7

and Jason has welcomed them, and they all act contrary to the decrees of Caesar, saying that there is another king, Jesus.”

The Jews who opposed Paul's ministry certainly had the message correct (even though they shaped it so as to make Paul look bad to the civil authorities).  There was another king.  His name was Jesus.  He is the only true king.  Paul and the rest of the followers of Christ worshipped Jesus as the one, true king.
